For multiple orders, we will attempt to ship all orders at the same time.
We offer free shipping within Australia for all our products. We’ll keep you updated by email about your shipping and delivery status.
Standard Shipping Worldwide: Flat rate for worldwide shipping of AUD$10 is applicable to all order. Orders over $150 are entitled to FREE SHIPPING.
Orders are processed after 24 hours since payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you here as an estimate. Deliveries take on average 7-30 workdays. Note: In some countries, delivery can be delayed by customs.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Aso Beauty does not accept exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind.
If the item you ordered is broken or the wrong product has been sent, please contact us with 2 days of receiving the item by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you return it in all of its original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED. We will exchange the item after due diligence into the delivery and the product has been finished. If the item is deemed faulty or not as purchased, Aso Beauty will provide a full refund or exchange the item. Aso Beauty will also pay the return shipping fees related to the error and the shipping fees related to the new product being sent. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a replacement product(s) the merchandise MUST be returned to us unopened and unused and in perfect condition, unless otherwise instructed by us. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at hello@AsoBeauty.com. Please provide your order number and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the courier to get further instructions.
